Job Description
Material supervisors oversee the production of goods, ensuring correct and timely completion of manufacturing processes. They work with a team, providing guidance, quality control, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling work processes to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensuring worker training in safety procedures
- Collaborating with engineering teams on product designs
- Monitoring production lines for efficiency
- Supervising plant operations and staff
- Controlling costs and recommending process improvements
- Determining labor needs to meet goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in Electronics or Plastic Injection Molding
- SMT / PCBA Experience required
