Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Officer to join our team. As a Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing legal advice to management and other departments within the organization.
- Representing the organization in legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel, as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in law or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
