Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Run Meta ads and integrate them into Lofty (Training provided)
- Collect data and utilize marketing tools like PPC, SEO, and Meta Ads Center
- Conduct data analytics to optimize marketing results
- Measure ad performance metrics and maintain click-through & conversion rates
- Stay updated with algorithms and identify the best strategies
- Monitor landing pages, create CTAs, and schedule appointments
- Manage CRM (Lofty) and assist with templated landing pages
- Perform data entry, update notes, and execute drip campaigns
Experience and Proficiency:
- Strong English communication skills
- Prior lead generation experience with a focus on Meta Ads, either in a corporate setting or as a VA
- Expertise in Meta Ads and a deep understanding of the Meta Ad Center
- Proficient in PPC, audience targeting, and frameworks
- Experience with YouTube or Google ads is advantageous
