Job Description
Position Purpose: Deliver training to existing and newly hired employees to prepare for essential duties and tasks. Create a welcoming environment to enable students to reach their maximum potential.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training to promote knowledge transfer and skill application.
- Promote retention through effective questioning, presentation, and feedback techniques.
- Foster a trusting, learning, and high-performance environment.
- Plan and prepare instructional methods tailored to different learning modes.
- Assess student learning using appropriate evaluation tools.
- Mentor and train instructors; coordinate training activities.
Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years completed in college with 1 year of BPO work experience.
- Amenable to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna on a night schedule.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
