Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal support for timely resolutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with 3 to 6 months of BPO experience.
  • If NO BPO experience, must be at least a bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with external customers is an advantage.
