Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
- Facilitating communication between customers and internal support for timely resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with 3 to 6 months of BPO experience.
- If NO BPO experience, must be at least a bachelor’s degree holder.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
- Experience in dealing with external customers is an advantage.
