Job Description
Responsibility:
- Encourage customers to utilize new features that will help them drive their business forward.
- Provide insight and relay customer feedback with internal teams.
- Evaluate churn and down sell risk for each customer and address dissatisfaction proactively.
- Develop plans to ensure successful customer adoption of the platform.
- Conduct regular customer success reviews to maximize value.
- Build customer relationships and drive adoption through enablement resources.

Pay: Php32,00.00 – Php44,00.00 per month
