Job Description
Position: BPO Quality Analyst

Must Have: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst in Financial, telco, or banking. Knowledge of quality assurance and process improvements in the BPO industry*
Basic Function:
- Monitoring transactions based on process guidelines
- Conducting call quality coaching for associates
Essential Functions:
- Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback
- Collecting and analyzing trends and patterns
- Assisting Ops-AM in identifying training needs and process level issues
- Participating in team huddles and briefings
- Briefing new agents and coordinating process improvement initiatives
- Primary Internal Interactions include working with the Process Management Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
