Job Description
Role Overview: You will support users by troubleshooting application issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Training will be provided for technical skills like SQL and scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Diagnose problems with a methodical approach.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
- Proactively manage potential issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting, with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and strong time management.
