Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course
• Previous experience in a receptionist or concierge role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage communications effectively.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
• Manage administrative tasks.
• Assist with requests and arrangements.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk or working area.
• Handle and resolve issues promptly and professionally (as needed)
