Job Description
The Accounts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Primer brand store to enhance store performance and key metrics.
The Account Officer plays a vital role in internal and cross-functional coordination, establishing strong working relationships to ensure seamless project and strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support key brand and campaign initiatives, tracking deliverables for timely completion.
- Manage daily sales, platform operations, and project support.
- Assist in executing digital strategies to meet business goals.
- Implement and monitor plans for timely execution and performance.
- Collaborate with clients and teams for project completion.
- Drive account growth through strategic campaign execution.
- Analyze account performance, provide recommendations, and enhance operations.
- Foster good relationships across departments and teams.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital activities.
- Must be trainable, organized, and systematic.
- Experience in Key Accounts management is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
