Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Tiktok Shop Center
- Reports to the Operations Supervisor with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the account
- Answering queries of clients and/or customers
- Reviewing of shipping status for customer queries
- Escalate complex situations to the Operations Supervisor for review
- Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience in any form of sales, E-commerce, importation, logistics or BPO is a huge factor
- Fluent in English (conversational level)
- Experience in any sales generating industry (especially BPO) is preferred
- Cold Calling experience is a huge plus
- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service)
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
