Job Description
- Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
- Experienced in platforms like Office 365, Active Directory, Amazon Web Services, and Operating Systems.
- Ensuring secure data storage and regular backups.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- Replacing and upgrading components as needed.
- Monitoring system performance for smooth operation.
- Researching new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
- Providing technical support and documenting processes for employees.
