Job Description
The Urban Development Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing urban development projects to improve infrastructure and living standards in urban areas. Key tasks include conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to promote sustainable urban growth.
- Collaborate with local government and stakeholders to identify development needs
- Design and oversee urban development projects, such as affordable housing initiatives and transportation systems
- Evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements
Applicants should have a degree in urban planning, architecture, or a related field, with experience in urban development projects. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of urban policies and regulations are essential.
