Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Resolve clients’ complaints and act as primary liaison
- Supervise account teams and collaborate with internal departments
- Compile progress reports and develop customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and meet client goals
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Mondays to Fridays work
