Job Description
Here’s a program plan for Student On-the-Job Training (OJT). The objective is to provide practical, hands-on experience to students, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge, develop essential skills, and gain insights into industrial processes. The duration of the OJT is 10 weeks, which can be adjusted based on academic requirements and availability:
- Orientation and Preparation
- Program Introduction: Welcome session to introduce students to the OJT program’s objectives and expectations. Provide an overview of the host organization and its operations.
- Safety Training: Comprehensive safety training to ensure students understand workplace hazards and safety protocols. Certification in basic safety procedures (e.g., first aid, fire safety).
- Documentation and Compliance: Completion of required paperwork, including confidentiality agreements and liability waivers. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and documentation related to engineering projects. Prepare reports on project progress and results.
