Job Description
Job Description
- Accepts International and Domestic shipments. Ensures that needed documents for shipping are complete and complies with applicable agency requirements.
- Monitors status of shipments and provides updates to clients as necessary.
- Accepts Delivery Exemption (DEX) and Pick-up exemption from couriers, proper monitoring of shipments status.
- Communicates with every Department regarding the status of staged shipment.
- Monitors the activities of the Courier.
- Oversees scanning and manifesting activities.
Qualifications
- College Graduate
- With minimum of two (2) years experience in Logistics or Warehouse operations.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel) and Infor Warehouse Management System.
- Good oral and communication skills.
- Customer Service experience is an advantage.
