Job Description
Conduct regular audits to ensure agent compliance with real estate laws and regulations (Training materials provided)
Review documentation, contracts, and transactions to identify discrepancies or potential risks
Auditing listing documents
Document audit findings, prepare reports, and present them to management for review (Google Spreadsheet)
Assist in developing and implementing internal control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
Optimize compliance checklist
Experience and Proficiency
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Real estate compliance management/auditing experience as a VA **IMPORTANT
- Experience in transaction management platforms like Dotloop is a plus
- Experience in Google suite
