Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and network installations.
- Must have programming skills
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, CCTV etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
- Respond to concerns in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Set up accounts for new users
- Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed.
- Perform duties as assigned related to the current role.
