Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests
- Direct visitors to the right person
- Answer and transfer calls
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Provide information in-person and via phone/email
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Maintain office security
- Manage office supplies
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Organize travel and accommodations
- Record office expenses
- Perform clerical duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
