DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively contacts customers for maintenance appointments and service promotions.
- Receives service appointment calls and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Handles customer information with confidentiality and updates records.
- Conducts follow-up calls after service and sales transactions.
- Administers and resolves customer concerns in coordination with departments.
- Prepares departmental reports and maintains customer amenities.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Knowledgeable in office procedures.
- Above average communication and customer relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
