Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
- Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guests are delivered on time within company standards
- Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following company standards
- Adhere to company code of conduct
- Give equal respect to superiors and fellow employees
- Perform other related duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent customer service
- At least College Level
