Job Description
As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all reservations for our company. This includes handling customer inquiries, booking reservations, and ensuring smooth transitions for guests.
Your key responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate records of reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any issues that may arise during the reservation process.
