Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
100% VOICE ACCOUNT
- Manage and supervise professional employees/supervisors
- Coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and ensure goals are met
- Resolve operational problems, provide coaching, feedback, and reviews
- Effective communication and mentoring required
**Will handle 500+ HC
Knowledge of call center systems
Understanding call center metrics
Skillsets Required/Qualifications
**College Graduate
**2+ years Senior Operations Manager in BPO Voice
**Experience with 300+ FTE team
Six Sigma Certification preferred
Work Setup/Shift Schedule:
Graveyard shift, onsite, relocation package available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: PHP130,00.00 – PHP150,00.00 per month
