Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the condominium and increase occupancy and revenue.
- Create and execute advertising campaigns to raise awareness and drive business
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media presence.
- Build partnerships with other businesses and organizations.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies.
- Create and execute promotions and special offers.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments.
- Document management/Document control.
