Job Description
As a Line Trainer, you will be responsible for training new and existing employees on production line processes and procedures. You will conduct training sessions, provide hands-on demonstrations, and ensure all employees understand safety protocols and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include developing training materials, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role to effectively impart knowledge and motivate team members.
