Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks
- Provide guidance to candidates and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on healthcare recruitment trends
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles and industry trends
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
