Job Description
- In charge of PC Setup and configuration
- Assist users in resolving technical software and hardware issues
- Respond to queries promptly through various communication media or in person
- Provide application support to the company’s ERP system
- Provide app development support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s/College degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
- Familiarity with SQL or MySQL
