Job Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures timely collection of all timesheets of employees
- Submits timely and accurate timekeeping and payroll report
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research for salary benchmarking.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees.
- Analyze job descriptions for salary determination.
- Initiate employee fun activities and rewards program.
- Facilitate new hires’ enrollment in relevant agencies.
- Develop incentive plans and manage benefits programs.
- Stay current on trends in compensation and benefits.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of related principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Numerate with deadline-oriented work approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary, overtime pay, performance bonus, and yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Timekeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
