Job Description
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders
- Maintain table set up following company standards
- Adhere to company code of conduct
- Show respect to superiors and colleagues
- Perform assigned duties and functions
- Prior experience in casual dining or quick-service restaurant
- Possess a pleasing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Location: Greenhills, immediate start
