Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE

Perform administrative and accounting tasks accurately and timely.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Track, file, encode, and report sales and expenses
  • Manage accounts payables and client invoices
  • Coordinate compliance processes with accounting
  • Communicate with suppliers and oversee office maintenance
  • Answer office phone calls

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in an accounting field
  • Minimum 2 years of admin/accounting experience
  • Knowledge in government benefits and compliance preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Accounting related: 2 years (Preferred)
