Job Description
- Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, and form completion.
- Operates various office machines.
- Answers calls, directs messages, and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records.
- Prepares letters, memos, and reports.
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php645.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
