Job Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and stakeholders
- Provide accurate information on hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems
- Meet performance targets for productivity and customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of reservations and interactions
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates
- Prior related field experience desirable
- Able to work on-site
- Amenable to on-site interview
