Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and personnel management.
- Optimize in-out processes for timely deliveries and order resolution.
- Monitor key metrics for delivery rates, accuracy, and after-sales processing.
- Supervise staff for efficient warehousing and order fulfillment.
- Manage internal affairs and coordinate across departments.
- Summarize activities, identify improvements, and implement strategies.
- Conduct 5S training for quality service and standards maintenance.
- Ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Motivate the team to meet performance targets.
- Assist in developing warehouse policies and procedures.
- Schedule transportation services and ensure safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Knowledge of materials, inventory management, and SAP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to drive vehicles and willing to work in South Caloocan City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
