Job Description
As an HR Generalist for One Nadela, you will be working with both One Nadela Medical Group and One Nadela Dental Lounge.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee HR Processes
- Facilitate the full cycle recruitment
- Ensure all employees are following the company’s code of conduct
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures
- Conduct training for new hires
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance in human resource management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Initiative to do tasks and report to management
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
