Job Description

Reports to: Housekeeping Manager
Purpose: Managing cleanliness and presentation of residence to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Financial & Stock Management: Budgeting, achieving financial goals, stock maintenance
- Reporting: Completing reports in a timely manner
- Asset Management & Development: Monitoring residence equipment
- Safety & Security: Ensuring compliance, safety training, managing emergencies
- Operational Excellence: Planning objectives, monitoring service standards, quality audit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, shift system
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate: Must commute to Pasay City or plan to relocate
Experience: 3 years managerial and housekeeping experience preferred
