Job Description

Key Duties & Accountabilities:

• Patient and Visitor Interaction: Welcome patients and visitors, answer the telephone, and respond to inquiries professionally. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and ensure they are kept on time. Coordinate with healthcare providers to manage appointment schedules effectively.
• Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and calm reception area to create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Billing and Payment Processing: Process billing and payments using medical software. Liaise with Medicare and private health funds to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Educational Background: Graduate of BS Nursing or any course of similar discipline.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Medical Receptionist.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Exhibits professional telephone etiquette and the ability to resolve customer complaints patiently and effectively.
• Medical Knowledge & Technical Skills: Well-versed in medical terminology, procedures, and diagnosis. Proficiency in computer use, including relevant software applications; adept in general administrative and clerical procedures.
• Healthcare Insurance Knowledge: A working knowledge of healthcare insurance is preferred.
• Location Flexibility: Must be amenable to work around Pasig City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
