Job Description
- Handle and analyze requests, escalations and enquiries of FI and NFI clients regarding international payments, domestic and direct debits.
- Actively cooperate with other divisions within the Payments Department to allocate escalations and prevent issues.
- Ensure compliance with rules and procedures prescribed by Risk and Compliance.
- Create and update files for incoming payments that could not be executed.
- Provide recommendations to reduce unprocessed payments and enhance quality to minimize complaints.
- Formulate improvement proposals.
- Carry out interventions for FI and NFI electronic payments that were incorrectly supplied.
