Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager oversees all operational activities across all organizational levels. Responsibilities include managing quality assurance programs, hiring and training staff, and planning process enhancements to ensure timely completion of tasks.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise all department managers
- Ensure departments work together to meet company goals
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in operations management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
