Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms of employment.
- Creating job descriptions and posting them.
- Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews.
- Maintaining an employee database for future vacancies.
- Utilizing web-based tech and social media for hiring processes.
- Producing reports on hiring strategies and plans.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- MS Office proficiency and good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for Job Caravans.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php13,00.00/month
