Job Description
Will Cater PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS for Philips Audio and Video products. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Service Department by handling after-sales inquiries and complaints, adhering to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution
- Proactively communicate and meet deadlines
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process documents
Requirements:
- At least a Senior High School Graduate
- Experience not required
- Analytical, organized, and motivated
- Proficient in MS Applications
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
