Job Description
Minimum 2 years experience in supporting Windows, Citrix, and Azure platforms.
Experience in remote workforce solutions for large enterprises.
Proficiency in Windows, Citrix Cloud, Mac OS, Windows 10 & 11 technologies.
Skilled in scripting languages like VBS, PowerShell, Batch, etc.
Experience with software deployment platforms and ITSM tools.
Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of documentation processes and client expectation management.
Ability to escalate issues and work effectively in diverse teams.
Self-motivated, quick learner with quality-driven work ethic.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.
Proficient in Windows Client, MAC Client, VMWare/Citrix VDI technologies.
