Job Description
Role: Quality Analyst – Spanish Speaker
Location: MOA, Pasay, Philippines
Salary: Open for negotiation
Project: Insurance
Joining Date: ASAP or 5th September, 2024
Headcounts: 1
Must Have: At least 1 year in BPO as a Quality Analyst, Bilingual – Spanish language skills, Can start ASAP/September 5th, Insurance background is a plus
Basic Function
- Monitoring transactions as per process guidelines
- Conducting call quality coaching to the associates
Essential Functions
- Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback
- Collecting and analyzing trends and patterns
- Assisting Ops-AM in identifying training needs
- Participating in team huddles
- Coordinating process improvement initiatives
Primary Internal Interactions
Work with the Process Management Team to improve associates and site performance.
