Job Description
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any related course.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Human Resources function with a focus on Recruitment, Employee, and/or Industrial Relations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role.
- Preferably with experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- Preferably with experience in medium to large banking and finance organizations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
