Job Description
- Handles the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensures employees’ competitiveness by assessing and providing their training needs, and evaluating its effectiveness.
- Attends to employee concerns
- Responsible for weekly processing of timekeeping and payroll
- Ensures timely and accurate remittance of all government contributions and loans
- Develops, reviews, and improves general safety and health protocols, policies, and practices.
- Ensures compliance with labor and safety standards
- Attends employee disciplinary meetings and investigations
- Handles other administrative functions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
