Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Recruitment and Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment and Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the process.
Additionally, as a Recruitment and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. This will involve identifying potential clients, conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in recruitment and sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
