Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team for the Back Office (Pure Non-Voice) position at our NCR location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products.
- Utilize negotiation skills and share information with clients and colleagues.
