Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one-call resolution for customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience.
- High School/ALS/College Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
