Job Description
HR Manager oversees the daily operations of the human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They manage reports, employee relations, and performance management processes, providing guidance and support to HR staffs. Additionally, they develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php32,500.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- HR Supervisor: 1 year (Required)
