Job Description
The Portfolio Management Officer at Metrobank will be in charge of developing and executing strategies to upgrade mass market segments such as payroll and remittance to higher segments. This role involves close collaboration with the Institutional Cross-Sell team, internal stakeholders, and control units.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze internal data to understand customers deeply
- Conduct market research to identify threats and growth opportunities, stay updated with industry trends, monitor competitors, and understand markets for strategic initiatives
- Manage Deposit Products Portfolio to migrate mass market sub-segments to higher segment leveraging on payroll and top-ups
- Evaluate current strategies, suggest improvements, and implement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise campaign execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance
- Measure campaign effectiveness and collaborate with other teams for project execution
Deliverables
- Research output like a roadmap for business/product/service enhancements
- Number of customers migrated to a higher segment/using a second product
- Increase in Net Customer Value (NCV)
- Increase in PPC
