Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated TSR / TSE with expertise in managing VPN accounts to join our team. The role involves providing technical support to customers regarding VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up VPN accounts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues for resolution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in technical support, preferably with VPN accounts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
